Introduction.
Welcome to 2022, entering the 3rd year of flatting the curve!
I hope everyone has enjoyed some time off over the holiday period. Slight change of format, just wanted to go over the important topics without being too conspiracy theorist….
Omicron.
I wouldn’t say we’re all absolutely 100% are going to get Omicron. But I would say the likelihood is quite high considering how fast it is spreading. Just look at the graph from the following site that I use to attach to every weekly update, the bars make previous waves look so small.
This is despite vaccination, despite all the boosting, mask wearing and social distancing or any other measures. Case numbers are expected to double and redouble. I would expect at some point in the next 2 months herd immunity is finally achieved. It appears that once you get Omicron you are then immune to delta as well. Omicron is less serious than the previous variants, from the studies that came out of South Africa where it first emerged. Symptoms to look out for are runny nose, headache, fatigue (mild to severe), sneezing and then lastly sore throat. So no different to a common cold.
According to the data from the UK government vaccination makes no difference to the chance of being hospitalised. However, the government need to keep pushing the vaccine otherwise they would have to admit they were wrong.
Many of us have been watching the data and studies coming out of South Africa where this strain originated. Only about 30% of the population is vaccinated. South Africa is a country where because of it’s history they are very sceptical of a government coming into vaccinating it’s people. The conclusion has been it’s a very mild condition that most people wouldn’t known they had COVID unless they got tested. And that curve has now dropped away.
The message is to stop stressing, stressing lower your immune function. It would be a concern if cases don’t drop off like South Africa in fully vaccinated places, cause the different then is being vaccinated.
Preventive measures.
The whole vaccination thing is an individual choice that everyone has to make based on their own risk profile. Ignore gov mandates and coercion. The risk of adverse event from the vaccine is NOT zero, just have a look through DAEN, (an Australian government database where adverse reactions to medicine are captured) will tell you that. The long term studies have not come out yet about this vaccine, but it’s not looking good if the database contains data of numerous examples of 14 year old now with heart problems. The examples just keep coming up
That’s not to say that you will have adverse event as many of you know there are heaps of people or even yourself who haven’t had any issues. But it’s seeming more pointless than ever especially since my family experience during the delta wave has been that it doesn’t stop the spread, doesn’t protect from getting sick and doesn’t protect from hospitalisation. So that makes the data not very compelling for the majority of us who are low risk of hospitalisation and dying. And even less so during Omicron.
However regardless of the vaccine I still think we all should take extra measures. The following is my own precaution measures, everyone can do their own way (or nothing at all). It following along the lines of what the FLCCC recommends.
- 3000 IU of vitamin D (I have get virtually no sunlight, since I sleep during the day, and it’s the middle of winter)
- 180 micrograms of vitamin K2 to offset the calcium accumulation problem of vitamin D supplement causes in the blood vessels. (Hard to find in Chemist warehouse, unless you go to Amazon)
- 30mg of zinc
- Quercetin x 1 tablet (You can find this Amazon)
- 500mg vitamin C
- Half a teaspoon of black seed oil with my morning porridge. You need to add honey to offset the taste, but also cause porridge without a sweetener taste like crap anyway. (Can find on Amazon or health food stores)
- Meditation / Breathing exercises using the Wim Hof method. I have a subscription to the app, I can currently hold my breath for 2mins max.
- Keep adequately hydrated.
- Straight onto Aspirin if I get a headache, instead of the usual Panadol.
- Get some daily sunshine (which is hard to do in the middle of winter). My job is to keep in good health. What does good health mean to me. It means being stronger, faster and more flexible in body and mind. What does it feel like to be in good health? For me it’s feeling like the Hulk and wanting to smash stuff after a heavy weight session at the gym. Feeling like you want to spin kick the traffic light button after a session of martial arts. The satisfied feeling after a 130km bike ride. That feeling of conquering a hard climb and making it to the top. Or that propulsion feeling I get when the swimming technique comes together and after 6 strokes I have glided halfway up the pool. (don’t swim like this lady)

I’ve heard from at least 2 sources that having the markers for being pre-diabetic is the same as being diabetic as far as COVID is concerned, and those people who have the pre-diabetic markers are the ones who usually end up with long covid and vaccine severe side effects. Which is an easy fix of just eliminating sugar from your diet, and getting more exercise.
One doctor’s observations is that the majority of the people hospitalised are over 65 years old, those under 65 who are hospitalised almost all have some kind of underlying health condition, or they are overweight. I hugely sceptical when some news network points to evidence to vaccinate children by point to the US, and going “see children are hospitalised over there because of COVID”. To that I would say “Ummm show my some more details stats, cause American kids are generally overweight”. Two things common in the patience he treats who look healthy is but actually have low vitamin D levels, or elevated HbA1C levels (meaning they are diabetic or pre-diabetic) and didn’t know it. That HbA1C levels can be fixed with lifestyle changes such as looking after your diet, getting quality sleep and exercising! Cycling while eating McDonald doesn’t make it more healthy!
Mass Formation Psychosis.
Word of the day at the moment. The world is currently going through Mass Formation Psychosis where everyone collectively becomes stupid and follow nonsensical guidance blindly
4 conditions which bring about this are:
- Social Isolation – ie lockdown
- Despair – loss of enjoyment, other to blame
- Being in a constant fear or anxiety
- Leader who come along who say they have the solution to their anxiety.
To counter the mass psychosis, information that’s counter to the propaganda being peddled needs to be spread far and wide. We must use humour and ridicule to de-legitimise the ruling elite, for their weapon is to censor the free flow of information.
Mass formation psychosis leads to this, people lining up by the millions to get tested. Here’s the same happening in Melbourne.
Otherwise you can believe what MSM tell you when they fact check themselves. Fact checking has become synonymous with finding an “expert” that agrees with my point of view.

Destruction of the Narrative.
The narrative is falling apart all over the place, and I find it hard to believe that people still follow rules that don’t make sense. We currently live in a world where if you have an opinion that is different from what the gov or what MSM tells you then you get labelled as an anti-vaxer, and you get kicked off the online platforms such as twitter, YouTube etc. This has happened to Dr Robert Malone, the inventor of the mRNA vaccine. Someone labelled what he was saying about the vaccine as misinformation. I mean, who in the world has more authority to say that the inventor of the technology is saying something that is misinformation. I am always interest in both sides of the debate. You can catch his interview on the Joe Rogan show on Spotify. On the topic of Joe Rogan, here is him spitting fire.
Dr. Robert Malone discusses the absurdity of the people trying to change the bioethics of the Nuremberg Code: “A bunch of physicians were hung by the neck until they were dead after Nuremberg Trials because they violated this fundamental principle… This is deep in crazy land.”
If you look at what Australia does to the world #1 tennis player, think of what they will one day do to you. The question we have to ask ourselves in “Is he a risk to public health”. In no environment should an individual be forced to reveal publicly their medical status to anyone apart from their doctor. Australians have been locked down so long that they have collectively lost their minds. What is happening is that the #1 ranking tennis player not allowed to defend his championship due to medical discrimination based on zero scientific evidence. You aren’t even allowed to show your support for him at the tennis. The hypocrisy of all this is that politician had exempted themselves from receiving the COVID jab.
Do you remember getting locked down for 4 cases in Victoria last August? It was a 7 day “circuit breaker” which turned into 4 months of vaccine mandates. Today: close to 100,000 “cases” nationally in Australia.
Density limits are back in Victoria, at all the places where only fully vaccinated are allowed in, can we start calling it a pandemic of fully vaccinated yet? Saying it’s a pandemic of the unvaccinated is not helpful, soon we will start blaming people for being fat or smoking and denying them heath care also, it’s a slippery slope society is starting to go down. I mean at this stage it seems like even fully vaccinated young power lifters with no underlying health conditions are dying, are they trying to tell us that the vaccine doesn’t work? They told us that 93% double jabbed was going to relieve the hospital system, what am I missing? Instead of saying that they were all double jabbed, they now say they haven’t taken their booster. Singing and dancing is now banned in NSW, because the virus knows when you are being joyous.

People have had enough, they are defending businesses in Queensland from the police. While in the NT, you will be fined $5,000 for being unvaccinated, and you can no longer leave home to go to work or exercise.
In the US, Pfizer and the FDA wanted to take 75 years to release the data to the public behind the reason everyone needs to get vaccinated. 75 years!! It makes me suspicious of what they are trying to hide! However a federal judge in Texas wants that data released in the next few months. I’m looking forward to shifting through that data.
The WHO declared the Omicron is not mild and it’s killing people. Strangely the chart doesn’t tell me that.
Looking into Japan, they don’t have any showing your vaccination pass everywhere. The country is closed to foreigners except in the rare instance where an exemption is granted, but it looks like Japanese citizens can leave and come back freely. After all it’s only been Australia that has locked out it’s own citizens for 2 years.
People have been protesting in massive numbers all over the world. Here’s the protest all over France at the moment. Over in France, the President says his strategy is to piss off the unvaccinated.
While in Germany it looks just like 1930’s with this women arrested for walking her dog.
Even according to Mr Faucci, he was making up numbers depending on how many people he thought would go along with it. Lock downs has been a breach of human rights. Look at what some places subject their kids to.
People have gone crazy unfortunately.
The Pivotal Moment.
The current state of the world is a totalitarian regime. Most of those in power have some association with the WEF (from the Heath Minister in Aus, to the French president to the prime minister of NZ), Klaus Schwabs is someone everyone needs to be weary of. He looks and dresses like Senator Palpatine from Star Wars, and his family seems to have a history in connection with Nazi Germany.
This video called the “Pivotal Moment” is one that everyone should watch if you care about your freedom, and the freedom of your children. We are at a major intersection in society. There is a concentrated push forward and make sure everyone has an online ID tracker which is Australia is called your green tick, vax pass. A company in Sweden have been developing the technology so that you can have it implanted in your arm. I’m sure it’s no longer about public health.
In the background there is a battle happening, the current system of money has been in trouble for awhile. For instances, Canada now owes $300k per person.
It doesn’t matter if you have AUD, USD, Euro or CAD. The battle is put the pieces in place so that a new system of money can be implemented in an instances when everything collapses. It will be designed so you won’t be able to save money anymore. So the battle is between freedom money such as Bitcoin which is controlled by no single entity Vs centralised government controlled money.
